October 15: David Becker

Rotary welcomes David Becker, President & CEO, First Internet Bank and Chairman of the Board, Indiana Technology & Innovation Association
David Becker is a seasoned entrepreneur with a 35-year history of creating successful companies in the financial services and technology sectors, is the Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of First Internet Bancorp (NASDAQ: INBK). Nearly 20 years ago, David had what was, at that time, a radical notion: a bank that lived entirely online (you might say he was onto something there). That initial idea became First Internet Bank, headquartered in Fishers. Today, he continues to serve as the Bank’s President and Chief Executive Officer.
From its inception at David’s kitchen table in 1999, First Internet Bank has been an industry pioneer in the branchless delivery of banking services, reflecting his vision. As consumers and businesses continue to seek out non-traditional financial institutions that fit their needs, the bank has been uniquely positioned to deliver a high level of online and mobile convenience backed by outstanding customer service.
David also serves as Chairman of the Board for the newly created Indiana Technology and Innovation Association. The organization is comprised of over 90 technology and innovation companies ranging from startups to Saleforce. Join us on Tuesday to learn about the Indiana Technology & Innovation Association and Indiana’s fastest growing sector.
All are welcome at Rotary programs. The lunch buffet opens at Ivy Tech Culinary and Conference Center at 11:45 a.m. and the program runs 12:15 p.m. – 1:15 p.m. See you there!
