October 20, Lindsay Smith, Lindsay Smith Coaching
Managing Millennials
Millennials are dramatically changing the culture in the American workforce. With their expectation for a nap room, unlimited vacation and an unstructured work schedule, how are we supposed to actually build a sustainable organization? No wonder leaders are confused, frustrated, and resisting changes to their company culture. In this presentation we’ll discuss why you should care about the millennial mindset and what you can do to capitalize on this dynamic shift.
Lindsay works with millennials and the organizations hiring them. She provides insight, education and coaching through one to one programs, group coaching and educational seminars to help recruit and retain millennial workers and volunteers.
She studied psychology and public communications from Syracuse University and is a fully certified coach through the International Coaching Federation. She has built a nationally recognized brand and is becoming known as an expert in helping millennials succeed and make their best contributions in the workplace.
