June 30, Indy Rotary: Annual Rotary Club of Indianapolis Service Above Self Celebration Dinner

Join us on June 30 as we recognize and celebrate members of the Rotary Club of Indianapolis, the 2014-2015 Rotary year of President Matt Burnett and the Retirement of Executive Director Susie Harmless.

Registration will begin at 5:00, cash bar and passed hors d’oeuvres 5:15 to 6:00 PM, dinner at 6:15, program at 7:00 PM, 8:00 PM adjourn.

HORS D’OEUVRE

Mozzarella en Carrozza with Fresh Mozzarella and hand battered with Herbed Breadcrumbs and topped with Caper, Mayo, Candied Bacon Spoon with a Three Cheese Frittata Garnished with Caper Mayonnaise and Dill

SALAD

Strawberry Salad -Field Greens with a Strawberry Balsamic Vinaigrette, garnished with fresh Strawberries and
Macadamia Nuts, Shrimp Shooter Glass, Parmesan Lavash Garnish

ENTREE

  • Boneless Chicken Breast with Cognac Green Peppercorn Cream Sauce
  • Carrot Soufflé
  • Steamed Broccolini garnished with Matchstick Potatoes

SPECIAL MEAL (Vegetarian – please make this selection when you pay for your tickets)

Seared Cauliflower with an Olive Relish on top of Tomato Braised Lentils and Parsley Oil

DESSERT

Thomas’ Famous Chocolate Mousse Cake served with Whipped Cream and a fanned Strawberry
