and other Rotary-related items. PLEASE NOTE: While not every question must be answered, please be as complete as possible and fill-out all “required” answers. If you are applying for a "Rotary Under 40" membership, you must provide your birth date to be considered. Finally, it is important to note that, depending upon when we receive your application, it may take 2 to 3 weeks before your final application is approved. However, you can visit us at all Rotary Tuesday programs and events. Dues are non-refundable.
