November 19: 4-Way Test Volunteers Needed

The 4-Way Test Program is a fantastic opportunity for Rotarians to engage with students, offering valuable tools, techniques, and strategies for making thoughtful, ethical decisions that will serve them throughout their lives. By participating, you’ll help instill essential skills in young people while providing them with insights that will shape their future.

This initiative is not only impactful for the students, but also incredibly rewarding for the volunteers. It’s a chance to witness firsthand the growth and development of the next generation and be part of their educational journey. We promise the experience will be eye-opening, fun, and a fulfilling way to give back to the community!

For our newer members, this is an excellent way to get involved with Rotary and experience our mission in action. We welcome everyone to be part of this meaningful program!

  • November 4: Marty Sulek

    November 4: Marty Sulek

November is Rotary Foundation Month, a time to celebrate the life-changing work made possible through The Rotary Foundation. Join us Tuesday as we welcome Marty Sulek of the Winchester Rotary Club, who will share insights about a Rotary Foundation Global Grant project that our Club proudly supported.

Global Grants enable Rotary clubs and districts to implement large-scale, sustainable projects that create measurable, long-term impact in Rotary’s areas of focus. Through collaboration, these grants strengthen global partnerships and respond to real community needs.

Marty will discuss the second phase of a project in Uganda, which focuses on developing and operating vocational training programs at the Bill & Barbara Geyer Vocational School, operated by Eco-Agric Uganda. The Rotary Club of Indianapolis served as the lead donor for the first phase of constructing the school during 2022 and 2023.

This past summer, a group from the Winchester Rotary Club traveled to Uganda to visit the site and witness the impact firsthand. Marty will share updates on the project’s progress and the meaningful difference our Club’s contributions are making in the lives of Ugandan students and families.

Don’t miss this inspiring program highlighting how our collective efforts through The Rotary Foundation are transforming communities around the world.
