Kentucky Disaster Relief: How You Can Help
You have seen or heard by now the devastation that has occurred from the tornados that hit six states and 10 Rotary Districts. Many of you may be asking what you can do to help. Our Rotary District 6560 has started a supply drive to collect items for victims that will be transported to Kentucky on Thursday, December 23. A list of needed supplies is below. A tractor-trailer will be parked at the Fishers Meijer at 8375 E. 96th Street, Indianapolis, 46256 to collect supplies. The trailer and a driver are being provided, at no cost to our District, by Venture Logistics out of Indianapolis. It will clearly be identified with a Rotary District 6560 sign. If you would like to drop off items or help on site contact Past President Nick Reich at 317-938-7607.
If you prefer to make a monetary donation please send your contribution to our District Foundation. Our Foundation is a 501(c)3 so all donations are tax deductible. All contributions will be transferred to Rotary District 6710, ensuring that the funds are channeled to the immediate need. Mail your check made out to Rotary District 6560 Foundation to:
